The Derby box, now being alpha tested is apparently NOT the Next-Gen CE box we have been hearing about....but an enhanced Plus. It might also go under the name Plus SE. These are it's features: The new Derby box has an improved processor with an increased amount of cache. This increased amount of internal memory will make some aps faster. (JAVA???) The new unit features a new upgradable 56k software modem that can be upgraded. So, if the CE boxes are not yet being alpha tested..... when will they be? What does this say about the release date? (Or are there other alpha testers outside of the known groups?)
