To clear all other dialing options then use the power off code 32768 A rep on the phone (1800-Go-WebTV) Gave me that 32768 code today because she said she did not want me to access the 77437 code anymore. I replied saying "You obviesly dont know what you are talking about lady, please trasfer me to another operator." LoL...She also said there are some Previewers in trouble with the law right now.....Hmmmmm
