Yeah. I never got one referal from a computer with the tracker. The problem is that almost ever computer user with a brain shuts off JS in mail and newsgroups (It can be used to implant virii or do other nasty things) Since the extreme tracker uses JS for tracking it wouldn't work on someone with JS disabled.
