The Webtv TOS is a contract with you and me(along with the 500 or so thousand others) If..., I or 500 thousand others... mis-understand the Meaning of the Webtv TOS and just so happen to abuse it. Will we get Impeached? This Webtv contract(TOS) will be changed....every time we try to find out how Webtv works.
