Yes the dreamcast is able to browse. According to most of the articles Ive read it appears that there will be a twofold online capability with the dreamcast. 1)Webtv service will be offered 2)The online gaming will be handled separately. At the moment there are two types of dreamcasts available, those with online capability and those without. There are articles at several of the gaming sites about how to access the dreamcasts online functions. Only problem is its an international call. Sega is offering 3 mo. of its online service free at the moment to compensate for not having enough units available due to a shortage in chips. If I can find the article dealing with webtv and the dreamcast release in the States Ill post it here for you. Take it easy X
