WTV employees who are more into this NG as a game/sport then into telling the truth will always make themselves seem omnicient and invincible. Given that they can probably punch in an account # and get all the data on our recent activity... they may be right. That is unless such monitoring is a violation of the TOS and their terms of employment. As far as I'm concerened... strongly suspect some WTV employees have in fact been reading our mail...   This suspicion goes back to my initial exposure of SilentBob (aka JM) to the NG as a WTV employee. He wrote me with knowledge of a letter I wrote to someone else. How could he have known this? What privacy protections do we as subscribers have? What are our legal protections? Maybe it's about time we get the @CORPies out of our NG.. especially since they hardly provide any useful information and are seen by some as being disruptive.
