I have no desire to debate this.
This is a discuss group. You posed a question, I discused it.
In my mind, the real issue is whether a good arguement can be made that WTV's actions were potentially illegal....
The answer to that is, no. You can read my other posts for the reasons why.
not to dismiss that possibility from the start with what is at best moderately informed speculation.
Who dismissed it? You didn't know if it was legal or not, I did, I told you the who, the what, and the why of what made it legal.
I would rather have moderatly informed speculation than completly uniformed inquiry.
But I didn't speculate anything. I stated hard facts of law.
